Agreement
By creating a CraftlyAI account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use CraftlyAI.
CraftlyAI is operated for freelancers and small creative businesses. These terms govern your use of the web application at app.craftlyai.app and related services.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information during signup and keep your profile details up to date where they affect invoicing or client communications.
Acceptable use
You may not use CraftlyAI to send unlawful content, harass others, attempt to breach security, or resell the service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users or the platform.
Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Limitation of liability
CraftlyAI is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will record acceptance in your account when material changes require re-acceptance.
